Meemo Comma, ZOiD, Tudor Acid at Cafe Kino

A gig held at Cafe Kino on Wednesday 18th November. The event starts at 19:00.

At this point, Brighton’s Meemo Comma is a must-see fixture in Bristol‘s electronic and underground dance scene. But they were last here in 2024- Don’t miss out!

They are beloved by local audiences for their ability to communicate stories and ideas through cyborg breakbeat, footwork and ambience and much else besides- we can’t wait to see what new science they have to drop.

Warming up for Meemo is Tudor Acid playing his own French House (and ambient techno drops) from his new EP. His deep grooves and live keyboard playing had everyone properly moving and feeling the love at kino back in April. The warmth from the crowd was both moving and palpable and we want you to be part of this too!

Continuing the togetherness theme, ZOiD is a virtuoso jazz guitarist- equally at home jamming alongside hammond organ players as dusty old synthesisers. His patience in cheerfully teasing out human grooves from the most esoteric machines so that they play nicely is the stuff of legend. Expect a uniquely warm and friendly braindance jazz session.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
