Root & Write is a writing workshop with a twist. Through some simple relaxation techniques and focused exercises we will get wordy. With a full invitation to write trash. This is a nonjudgemental space where all are welcome. No prior experience required, just the hunger to get inky.

This is an opportunity to experiment and explore the process of putting pen to paper and find what stories wish to be told. Together we compost and distil, getting to know ourselves and our writing styles. Gently mining the mulch for gold.

There will also be a chance to talk about your personal writing practice and receive support on how to grow and maintain your flow.
