Exhibition: Happy Pots III

This exhibition showcases a selection of acrylic on canvas paintings featuring vases & flowers in bright, fun colours, with patterns of dots, swirls & stripes. The third collection in this series, which is inspired by the feeling of letting the playful side of your inner child lead, getting lost in the simple joy of following an instinct with curiosity and seeing where it takes you. There are flowers for delight, flowers for joy and above all, flowers for the ordinary in-between moments of life.

Chantelle is a Bristol based artist who paints, makes pots, prints, collages and hosts bi-weekly collage crafting sessions at The Secret Cafe. She is particularly interested in celebrating small joys, finding ways to turn old into new, and promoting leisure in a culture of urgency.
