VOLT at Circomedia

A event held at Circomedia on Thursday 31st October. The event starts at 19:30.

Please note online sales have now closed but there are tickets available on the door.

Circomedia is thrilled to relaunch VOLT, Bristol’s circus scratch night. VOLT returns to offer a vital platform for emerging South West circus artists to try out and develop their work.

Five spectacular South West artists will share their works in progress with us on 31 October
This event is for Age 16+ due to the graphic nature of one of the presentations:

Brenna Day: The Physics of Spinning

Laura Moy: Untitled piece

Lee Tinnion: The 1/n Life – Subject to Optimism

Phoebe Baker: Untitled piece

Tilly Hudspith: See Me?

A mixture of comedy, intimacy and thought-provoking pieces, each in varying disciplines and stages of development, this will be an unmissable night of up-and-coming contemporary circus.

This is an event where people test ideas and gauge reactions with a warm and supportive audience. The emphasis is on potential, not polish – it’s a chance to see the beginnings, and thinking behind, box-fresh ideas from up and coming performers.

Come with an open mind and prepare to share your thoughts and insights with the next wave of physical fantasists.

Running Time: TBA
