Drypoint Printmaking at the Bookshop at Clifton Community Bookshop
See event details

A event on Tuesday 17th January. The event starts at 19:00.

Join Luke and Sonja for a relaxed evening of making in a cosy bookshop. They will guide you through the technique and help you explore variation in mark making and inking.
Drypoint is an intaglio printmaking method. It involves scratching an image into plastic and cardboard plates with a variety of tools; these scratches then hold the ink, which you print onto paper by running it through the press.
Places are limited to a small group of 8, you can book through the Bristol Print Collective website.
