Bristol movers!

We’re so excited to invite you to our

We’ll be gathering monthly with a simple intention: to build a community of movers, learn from each other, and most importantly, have fun and enjoy practice together outside.

Each meet up will begin with a 1hr session: warm-up, followed by a themed movement practice led by us. From there, the space opens up to explore, play, practise, or simply hang out in the sun.

Expect a mix of movement flows, improvisational tasks, partner games, along with specific skill-building strength and mobility exercises. The aim is to help you explore your movement practice not just isolated skills or fitness but the ability to weave it all together so it becomes play and expression.

Who will be guiding these sessions?

River trained in dance and gymnastics from a young age and has been teaching yoga for 7 + years. Her work now brings together these disciplines into fluid, mixed movement practices.

Paula is a professionally trained dancer (Trinity Laban) and teaches a very popular contemporary dance and floorwork in Bristol. She is also a qualified yoga teacher, known for her grounded, expansive approach to movement.
