Good Green Sushi offers vegan sushi cookery workshops where we teach attendees how to roll various different types of sushi. Our sushi workshops are relaxed group evening activities for a group, a pair or solo a great way to meet some vegan sushi loving foodies in a relaxed setting as you make 4 beautiful rolls using various ingredients to eat with a drink or take home to share with friends and family.

Our normal workshops teach attendees how to prepare sushi rice traditionally, how to roll maki, futomaki (big maki), uramaki (rice on the outside) and temaki (hand roll) rolls with many different filling options to choose from:
- Faux duck seitan cooked in a Hoisin sauce
- Nasu dengaku slices
- Teryaki Mushrooms
- Sticky sweet potato fries
- Sweet peppers
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Lemon n’ ginger carrots
- Kawaire
- Yamagobo (pickled burdock root)
- Takuan (pickled daikon)
