CONTRACT FOR THE LEGALLY HARMONIOUS EP LAUNCH GIG

This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the [19th October] (the "Effective Date") by and between 7pm and 1am.

PARTIES:
1. The Headline Act: Townhouses, (hereinafter referred to as the "Headline Act").

2. The Supporting Acts: Trans-Siberian Express, Battery Point and The Clangers represented by their respective legal representatives (Below the Belt Productions) (hereinafter referred to as the "Supporting Acts").

3.The "Punters" are individuals attending the event, representing the "Audience."

2. Performance:

2.1 The Headline Act, Townhouses, shall perform as the main act for the EP launch.
Fans of the obscure, machine learning, and men in suits channeling their male-rage into a beautiful mess of post-punk, shoe gaze, and psychedelia they call ‘egg-punk’.
Complimented by local band of the underground scene the Trans-Siberian Express, Battery Point and The Clangers.

3. Ticket Pricing:

3.1 Ticket prices for the Gig shall be as follows:

Early Bird Tickets: £4
Standard Tickets: £5
Door Tickets: £7

5. Legal Representation provided by Below the Belt Productions:

5.1 The parties acknowledge that Townhouses, the Headline Act, is composed of legal professionals, but this Gig is not intended to provide legal services.
