House of Boussé presents: What a Drag at Cloak
See event details

A event held at Cloak on Wednesday 27th March. The event starts at 19:30.

ROLL UP ROLL UP!

What a drag! It's another open mic?!

We are on MONTHLY BEASTIES. House of Boussé is ecstatic to announce we are taking over Cloak's open mic on the last Wednesday of the month, every month!

Drag, dance, genderbending acoustic serenades, all art is welcome. Just keep it short (up to 10 mins), camp, and slightly (or very) weird as fuck.

Due to cozzie lives, we have had to amend our ticket prices slightly, but this is still NO ONE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS. If you need a free ticket reserved please get in touch with us, no questions asked!

We will be reading a section of the Gaza monologues and Palestinian poetry during this show.

Sign-up details are in our Instagram bio or through the form below. We book performers in advance for each show, so please apply before the event.

This is an 18+ show, please bring a valid form of ID.

50% of ticket sales will be split between the open-mic performers.

House of Boussé platforms trans, non-binary, intersex, and gender non-conforming artists.

ACCESSIBILITY
Cloak can be accessed via a lip step into the venue followed by a flight of stairs to the bar floor with one banister on the right. This is where the performance space is based, there are some chairs and sofas available and we will prioritise folks who have access requirements for this seating as folks are often seated on floor cushions. Please message us on @house_of_bousse on Instagram if you need anything before the event.

COVID-19
Please test before coming to the event if you can and it's accessible to you. Do not attend if you have a new sore throat, cough, fever, or feeling unwell. Let's keep our community safe!
