A gig held at The Cloak and Dagger on Friday 3rd December. The event starts at 19:00.

PHAT Bristol are delighted to invite you to The Cloak & Dagger for the return of GOYA, Bristol's favourite cinematic jazz outfit.

Featuring soaring sax lines sprinkled across delicately woven, spider-silk piano - all tied together by watertight rhythms and sumptuous grooves, GOYA are a Bristol based 5-piece cinematic jazz outfit who are rapidly gaining a name for themselves in Bristol and beyond. Having recently played several sold-out headline shows including The Crofters Rights and the Tramlines Fringe Festival in Sheffield, we are delighted to bring GOYA back to The Cloak & Dagger, to entwine with your ears once more...

Main support on the night comes in the shape of the mighty SIEBEN, the "one man rawchestra" who's live performances have garnered him a large and dedicated following in the UK and all across Europe. Expect virtuoso level violin smothered in ethereal, Anglo/Celtic folk influenced vocals; telling tales of times gone by and tackling tough modern political issues, all delivered with almost shamanic energy...there is no wonder SIEBEN has been so successful for so long. We're delighted to welcome him to Bristol!

Providing a an absolutely perfect opening to the night will be the delightfully inventive HEXCUT. This fresh, bright quartet fuse elements of jazz with EDM and rock to create effervescent slices of beautiful fusion. Having previously played events such as SoFar Sounds and Boomtown, HEXCUT are no strangers to the scene in Bristol and further afield. A real treat for fans of Three Trapped Tigers, GoGo Penguin, BADBADNOTGOOD and others...make sure you get down for the start to catch these wonders!
