Vegan Sushi Workshop at Coexist Community Kitchen
£28 per person

A event on Saturday 11th November. The event starts at 18:30.


Gain cooking skills and meet vegan sushi loving Bristolians at our first of three workshops at coexist community kitchen. You will be taught how to make perfect sushi rice and make maki, temaki, futomaki and uramaki. Many different tasty fillings will be provided including traditional fillings like kawaire, yamagobo and takuan as well as less traditional but equally tasty fillings like faux 'duck' seitan, nasu dengaku and teryaki Mushrooms.

No matter your experience with making sushi you'll be leaving with, or have eaten, four beautiful rolls by the end of the workshop.


Our other workshops in november:
Our second workshop teaches how to make faux duck and other faux meats using seitan and is on the 18th of November.
Our third and final workshop at coexist community kitchen is on the 25th of November is advanced sushi which will teach how to make all the above rolls along with rolls topped with vegan unagi, avocado and more as well as nigiri and inari.
