A
event
on Saturday 16th May. The event starts at 11:30.
This event is part of Good Grief Bristol, A Festival of Love and Loss. 11-17 May 2020 (https://goodgriefbristol.com/).
This two-hour talk and workshop by Cat Strawbridge and Alice Rose is designed to help those experiencing infertility and/or baby oss to process their grief. It’s also for those supporting someone experiencing such grief, for you don’t need to have experienced babyloss to know the depth of grief infertility can bring.
Whether it’s through trying to conceive naturally; cycles of fertility treatment or IVF that didn’t result in pregnancy; a pregnancy where you lost your little one too soon; or coping with fertility issues when you want to grow your family further, every story matters.
Even if this is something you experienced a long time ago but never talked about, this powerful session will help you feel validated, understood and relevant, in a society that caters mostly for the typical narrative. Men and women welcome.
Concessions are available for OAPs, students, under 18s, the unwaged, and people with disabilities.
