Positive Ageing Workshop at Colston Hall Workshop Space 2

A event on Sunday 17th May. The event starts at 12:00.

This workshop is designed to be an uplifting and energising exploration of how mortality can be harnessed to enable us to have greater satisfaction and wellbeing in our lives as we age.

Drawing on his recently published book, The Ten Steps of Positive Ageing, Guy Robertson will facilitate a thought-provoking event that draws out the parallels between coping with grief and coping with our own ageing process.

Duration: 90 mins

Concessions are available for those under 18; aged 65 or older; students with valid ID; unwaged people; and people with disabilities. Registered carers are free when accompanying a ticket holder (please contact Good Grief to arrange). Find info here: https://goodgriefbristol.com/events/conference-tickets/
