RSVP Bhangra at Cotham Parish Church, Cotham Road, Bristol BS6 6DR
See event details

A gig on Friday 24th November. The event starts at 19:30.

The UK's favourite festival Bhangra band presents a highly infectious, hugely enjoyable evening of high-octane, dance-worthy music.

Brit-Bhangra greats and serial party-starters, RSVP's more intimate, 'small-room' adaptation of the high-energy sound of Asian Britain still retains all its renowned vibrancy and flamboyant showmanship.

From humble beginnings as the music and dance of poor farmers celebrating the annual harvest, Bhangra has taken on its own British identity. RSVP mesh traditional Punjabi songs and thunderous drumming with energising electric guitar, exhilarating dance and frontman Dildar Singh's honey-drenched vocals, bringing audiences to their feet regardless of age (or ability). Simply tons of fun.

'One of the hottest bands on the Bhangra scene.' Asian Times
