Stress and anxiety – Making your nervous system work with you
Stressed? Anxious? We have some tools and techniques to help!
Our stress and anxiety workshop begins with a body and movement session to enable us to release trapped stress and trauma.
We then lead on to exploring some core theories relating to our nervous system and how it functions.
Finally, we apply techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system by practicing breath and bodywork techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and regulate the nervous system.
