Finlay Shakespeare
Raised on his parents' collection of classic new wave records and spending his teens building his own synthesizer equipment, Finlay Shakespeare is a one-man-band for the modern age. Utilising modular synthesis, drum machines and processed vocals, he pulls from techno, punk and synth pop to create something that can't quite be pigeonholed. After releasing two albums through Editions Mego, he continues to operate at the boundaries of electronic pop, with aims to take his live show into an analogue-driven audio-visual experience.
