Crofters Carnival Free Day Party
As gutted as we are that St Paul's Carnival is a no-go this year, we're throwing a befitting day party in honour and to keep the Carnival spirit alive!
Room 2 will be popping off with some of Bristol's finest DJ crews playing all manner of UK Funky, Bass, Garage, Dancehall, Amapiano, DnB and Afro House.
Lineup:
3 - 5pm - Club DJ Djembe
Supreme Party promoters and club label covering all manner of UK Funky, Kuduro, Afrobeats and Afro-house.
5 - 7pm - See No Evil
From the team behind the Durkle Disco label, their new project focusses on the sounds of Amapiano, House and UK Funky. Check out their new SWU.FM show.
7 - 8:30 - Yusuf Suave (Represent Asian)
RepresentAsian the podcast and 1020 radio show that champions South Asian DJs in the UK underground. From back to back Dj sets with Roni Size, and with features on 1xtra, BBC Asian Network and Reprezent Radio, RepA Co-Founder, Yusuf Suave, will be bringing the sounds of his SWU.FM Radio show to the Crofters side room.
8:30 - 10:30 - Concrete Jungyals
Concrete Jungyals are female-led, genre-fluid music & creative arts collective. Set up by a diverse group of women, they aim to create a safe space for female-identifying, non-binary, LGBTQ+ and POCs to network, learn and share their creative talent without judgement.-fluid music & creative arts collective.
