Yesyes! Worm Disco Club are back for our monthly night at Crofters, the last one of 2023!

Joining the worms this time we have a special guest DJ from London town..

As well as being a killer DJ, Ghana-born Volta 45 is a writer, archivist and head of The Golden Stool Project - an organisation that provides a forum for the promotion and development of Ghanaian arts and culture.

Founder of East London's infamous ‘Doin Our Own Thing’ nights, he own's one of the best afro record collections in London and has collaborated with the likes of Soundway Records and Kalita Records. In 2020-21, he curated a 5 part podcast documenting the history of Highlife music, from 1920 to present.

He currently runs 'Chega Mais' – a monthly world music night in Tottenham – alongside another favourite DJ and party-starter of ours 'Poly-Ritmo'.

We're excited for this dance and are gonna get down to super funky global and afro grooves all night at The Crofters Rights!
