Steal Shit Do Drugs
The members of Steal Shit Do Drugs have been in other people's bands and done other people's drugs, now they are in their own band and do their own drugs. Hailing from Seattle, WA, the raucous five piece combines the energy of rock groups such as The Stooges and marries it with elements of Pere Ubu and The Fall. Jermaine Blair and Ricky Cloudon's dual guitars blend nauseating psych and catchy garage. Bassist Erika Mayfeild and drummer Pete Capponi's rhythm sections powers through with a proto punk stomp. All the while front man Kennedy Carda narrates the chaotic affair with scenes of boredom, confusion and nihilistic urges.
Since the formation of the band in 2014 they have shared the stage with bands such as Chrome, Pere Ubu, Parquet Courts, Thee Oh Sees and Ice Age. In November Steal Shit Do Drugs released their debut self titled LP on Annibale Records.

Having first invitred these guys to play Bristol Psych Fest 2 were super happy to finally have them back on one of our nights. Signed to the amazing Strong Island Records and hailing from Southampton.
Melt Dunes are a journey into the darkest netherworld of the psychedelic realm. Brooding guitars and synths, distorted fuzz, and tortured wailing vocals, the quartet are the soundtrack to your worst nightmares. The sonic journey of Melt Dunes is like wandering alone in a desolate circus at night with the impending doom of being hunted by psychopathic clowns, it’s eerily marvellous.
