Red Waxxx Records Presents Orbury Common's Bristol Album Launch

The Bristol based duo release their debut album 'Sylvan Chute' via Prah recordings.

‘ Orbury Common imagine their music as stemming from a dream-like otherworld. Having explored the frenzied nightlife of this place with their PRAH-released ‘The Traditional Dance of Orbury Common’ EP, the pair are now gearing up to release their debut full-length album and perform a completely re-invented live A/V show. The new songs form an arcing overview of the customs, scenes and themes of Orbury Common, and now feature the duo’s yearning vocals at the heart of the arrangements, underpinned by ethereal synths, warped folk instrumentation, and hypnotic drum-beats.’

+ Buffee (live) -

Bristolian producer and vocalist; BUFFEE's experimental pop is inspired as equally by gabber, hyperpop, and industrial as it is choral music and trip hop. Expect hard and danceable electronics, with bitcrushed, distorted vocals.

++ Tom Connolly (live)

Entry requirements: 18+
