A
clubnight
held at Crofters Rights
on Thursday 26th September. The event starts at 23:00.
Hyphen returns after a short break over the summer with a series of three new parties.
For our September event we welcome Highlife and Disco Halal artist Auntie Flo.
Auntie Flo's incredible success over the last few years both in production and as a DJ reflects the central role he has played amongst a wave of talent who are harnessing their world influences to forge a new and now dominant underground sound.
Performing two live sessions for BBC Radio 1, three Boiler Room broadcasts and a variety of DJ mixes for platforms like Resident Advisor, Mixmag, Crack Magazine and Solid Steel, it is safe to say that Auntie Flo has sealed his position as a central figure in the new strand of club music fusing electronic and world influences alongside the likes of Daphni aka Caribou, Four Tet and Romare.
Continuous Movement's Ido Plumes and Hyphen's own Stout on support.
