A
clubnight
held at Dare to Club
on Saturday 22nd February. The event starts at 22:00.
Welcome to the House of Dog
It’s our pleasure to invite you to our very first canine gathering. House of Dog is a raunchy queer techno night based on the values of community, freedom and respect. Our house is a space for people of all identities and bodies to come together and have fun. The naughty and the nice.
For our first edition, we invited Valentino Mora, the Berlin-based master of organic groove, to make his Bristol debut. His take on techno has that special hypnotic quality that can transport your mind to alternate states. Opening for Valentino will be Ben Sleia – Liverpool-based selector who is known for her wide-ranging taste in quality electronic music. For the close, House of Dog’s own Kubo will provide music for the mind and the body.
The hellish dungeon stage will welcome the UK debut of Figkott, an emerging Greek talent, who’s ever evolving sound is as intriguing as it is sexy. Also sharing the bill is Bristol’s G Punto with her groovy and tender house music.
Please be aware that you may also encounter Help, I’m Fine lurking in the Smoking Space with his portable chillout music box.
The venue will be transformed into a celestial fantasy. Please come dressed appropriately if you may – the first 50 guests through the door to dress up extra will be offered a free drink of Cherry’s famous punch! Woof!
We should not need to spell it out, but to make things clear – House of Dog will not tolerate prejudice based on race, sexuality, gender identity or any other parts of our identities that make us so diverse and beautiful. It’s simple – respect or fuck off.
