We are very excited to invite London-based duo MATEKOI for a special 360 d&b audiotechnik Soundscape audiovisual performance.

The duo consisting of Maxim Barron (Toy, Patent Saints) and visual artist Daisy Dickinson combine mind-bending projection mapping and live-triggered light, all within a captivating cubic structure, giving the the audience an otherworldly and truly immersive experience.

BIPED has been "at the forefront of Bristol's avant-garde" for the last two years. Experimental innovator, "perhaps too radical" socio-spiritual town crier, multi-instrumentalist and post-post-ironic, postmodern, post-genre clown. This is BIPED's last show of the year in the UK. Joined by part-druid-part-Squarepusher live drummer Finlay Burch, this show brings to life BIPED's most recent album in a one-time showcase of philosophy-comedy, deep sound design and intricate, soulful future-folk.

Daisy Dickinson is a London-based director/visual artist whose work involves experimental short film, music video, projected installation and live visual performance. She is one half of audio/visual collaboration Matekoi with Maxim Barron and Adrena Adrena with drummer E-da Kazuhisa (Boredoms), as well as working on live AV shows with other artists such as Samuel Kerridge, Nuha Ruby Ra, Yuko Araki, Toy, Seefeel, Grimm Grimm, Snapped Ankles and The Comet is Coming. Dickinson’s visuals have been described as ‘magmatic and sulphurous, cosmological and transcendental, drawing attention to the wonder of the earth and our sensuality on it’.

Maxim Baron is best known for being the bass player in Brighton-based Indie/Psych band TOY. The band have released five albums, an EP and a number of singles via Heavenly Records and Tough Love Records.
