Following hot on the heels of our last event in September, Déep Bristol returns to Death Disco for another heavyweight helping of the most delectable deep house ditties, this time courtesy of ABEL.

Abel has been a part of the house music scene since his first residency at Raid in London, way back in ’88. Since then he has played at pretty much every big night the 90’s and 00’s had to offer; Back to Basics, Moneypennies, Ministry of Sound, Venus, Sankeys Soap, Splendid, Full Circle, Arena as well as playing across Europe with seasons in Ibiza for Soul Heaven and Southport Weekender. Playing alongside the likes of Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope Gonzalez, MAW, Kerri Chandler, the late great Phil Asher, Timmy Regisford, Barbara Tucker, Byron Stingily and more.

Now a firm fixture at the legendary Southport Weekender and its summer sister event Suncebeat, Abel has never lost his love for DJing and house music in general. In fact, it was at the Southport Weekender that we first met Abel, and we were completely blown away by his ability behind the decks. Add to that the quality of his productions for Atjazz Record Company, arguably one of the best house labels in the UK at this time, and we knew we had to book him.
