Adult Playfight in the Park

Playfighting is an interactive activity involving non-violent, light-physical contact in a safe space with the aim of helping people reconnect with their own bodies and with each other.  

Playfighting, often considered a blend of mindfulness and wrestling, can allow for deep physical and emotional release. It is also simply a lot of fun to relive the joyous rough and tumble play which we all, at one time, enjoyed as children!

Meet at at 10am on the 20th June at Durdham Downs Water Tower for two hours of playfighting games! 18 years and above though all bodies and genders are welcome. Email [email protected] to register interest.
