Join us at EBB for a special evening of contemporary Irish poetry. With readings from Ellen Dillon, Rob Kiely and Arun Sharma.

Bios:

Ellen Dillon is a poet and teacher from Limerick. Her publications include *tentatives* (Pamenar Press, 2023), *Fare Thee Well, Miss Carousel* (HVTN Press, 2023), *Butter Intervention* (Veer, 2022), *Morsel May Sleep* (Sublunary Editions, 2021) and *Sonnets to Malkmus* (Sad Press, 2019).

Robert Kiely has published various poetry chapbooks, two collections of poems, *Psalms* (Distance No Object, 2025) and *Gelpack Allegory* (Veer, 2022), and a book of literary criticism, *Incomparable Poetry* (Punctum books, 2020). He runs Sent Press and also is an editor at Veer Books.

Arun Sharma was born in the North of Ireland to Indian migrants and grew up during the period referred to as The Troubles. His work often pivots on the absurdities of conflict, as well as the crookedness of conflict linguistics, the rich characteristics of people at war, and the dark humour found within. His first collection, *A Twelve Point Plan to Improve Irish Happiness* (Aout Fecit, 2025), is now in its second print, and a new collection, *Somebody Out There Hates You*, is due for release this Summer.
