Join Laurel B, an emerging neurodivergent facilitator and creative practitioner, for a soul-nourishing art experience designed to support emotional expression through silent visual art, shared creativity, and connection.
Set up in partnership with the Create Up Programme, this gentle, sensory & considerate session invites you to explore art as a sacred language. No speaking required. Instead, connect through colour, shape, and energy in a space built for emotional freedom and calm.
What to expect:
• Kahoot icebreakers to energize and connect
• Time to create expressive art using high-quality painting kits
• A silent gallery walk to share and witness each other’s work
• Calming music, a cosy atmosphere, and a welcoming facilitator
• Optional quiet zone with cushions and sensory items
• A chance to build connections and explore pathways into creative opportunities
