From IMDB:
Fall in love with the River Avon and the people fighting to protect it, the Bristol way. Rave On For The Avon is a feature-length documentary that follows campaigners and river lovers through six seasons: their highs and lows, love and loss.

Charlotte Sawyer is an award-winning Documentary Filmmaker and Photographer who captures cinematic stories that cross cultures and boundaries. With a First Class Degree in Law and Community Theatre, Charlotte combines community advocacy and facilitation skills with filmmaking to convey human-centred journeys.

Aggie Nyagari is a Co-Producer of the film and stars as wild swimmer and citizen science group Conham Bathing's newest recruit. Aggie is a cold water swimming evangelist and brought a fantastic perspective to the film's production “Coming from Kenya I struggled with England’s cold climate, wild waters and well everything. After learning how to swim through the winter I’m a convert and now evangelist for cold-water swimming and its benefits to mental and physical health. I told Charlotte, you have to show people just loving the river.”

Mehbooba Fardoush is a member of Open Mind's Active and swims in the Bristol Avon for the first time in the film with her friend and swim guide Wafa Suliman. Mehbooba learned to swim later in life with Open Minds Active, a fantastic Bristol charity that supports women to swim in nature.
