- SOLD FOR PARTS - SOLD FOR PARTS are a four-piece all grrrl bilingual punk band formed in Swansea in 2024. Mixing high-energy from performances with classic riot grrrl grit, think Bikini Kill’s political attitude, Amyl and the Sniffers’ chaotic stage presence with Hole’s distortion-heavy sound. Their debut single “EYE TRAP”, released 12th September, is a critique of the experience of being constantly watched and objectified by men. It’s angry, messy and draws inspiration from Hole’s 1991 album: ‘Pretty on the Inside’. Since their first show at a Halloween House Party in 2024, Sold For Parts have quickly made their mark on the South Wales scene. Known for their intense, in-your-face live shows, the band creates performances that make it impossible not to have fun. Their gigs are a safe space for women and girls, expect all-girl mosh pits and an unapologetically girly show. They’ve recently completed their South Wales and Bristol tour, while also placing second in Bunkhouse’s Battle of the Bands 2025.
