By Arrangement of Lady of the Sea Events --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ★ Brian Stone and the Masters of None www.brianstonemusic.com/masters-of-none Dynamic, fun, engaging. That’s Brian Stone & The Masters Of None. Brian has been touring his brand of catchy, original and traditional songs, with a nautical, pirate twist, for many years and has carved out a reputation for exciting, high energy folk that has everyone involved from the start. His energy, enthusiasm and sheer love of performing is irresistibly infectious and the audience quickly feel part of the show. Joined by Maty Tustian (ex Folk The System) on bodhran and Ewan P Stevens (ex Bleeding Hearts) on mandolins, this trio have been packing festival venues to rave reviews; notably playing to a capacity crowd at Bearded Theory festival in 2022. ★ JollyRoger www.jollyrogerbanduk.co.uk JollyRoger have an exciting sound which falls into the folk punk genre but gives the Celtic nation of Cornwall a foot into the mix; for the first time, they are defining CORNISH FOLK PUNK - with a pirate edge (as they come from Penzance). JollyRoger have been going for five years now, starting with zero experience or knowledge of the music industry or even playing live! In that time they have built their own DIY tours of Europe, played major UK Festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown and Bearded Theory and have supported the likes of The Rumjacks, Ferocious Dog and Subhumans. Current plans are writing and recording their second album then taking over the world DIY style. ★ Aubrey Blakeledge https://linktr.ee/Aubrey.Blakeledge Aubrey Blakeledge (the surreal and shouty lead singer of the SweetChunks Band) shares stories and cardigans while creating new songs with the audience in a mix of comedy, music and improvised shoutenings that will teach the audience something new or just confuse them into submission. It’s entertainment Jim, but not as we know it. Previous Festival appearances included: Gig in a field, Nah then, HeFF, Bearded Theory, The Isle of Wight Festival, Victorious Festival, Boomtown and a triumphant set to a filled Bimble inn at Beautiful Days festival. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exchange (Basement) 72, 73 Old Market St, Bristol BS2 0EJ 8PM £12 adv / £15 otd (tickets available soon) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Firejam & Exchange will not tolerate any sexist, racist, ableist, ageist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise marginalising behaviour.
