Oscillate Presents: Deselecta

For its third installation, Oscillate is proud to present this triple threat of talent, for a night of deep drum and bass.

Expect cutting-edge tunes, dubs and some classics — heavyweight sound, selected by DJs whose individual styles were shaped by a love for lesser-treaded terrain in drum and bass and jungle.

Headlining for the night is:

Deselecta, by now a respected DJ in drum and bass. Cutting her teeth in dark and packed out clubs allowed her to hone her unique style, leaning into halftime and autonomic. She’s played at Rupture, People’s Assembly, Planet Wax, and holds a residency on SWU. Make no mistake, her sets can take you anywhere, through any era and sub genre — no one to miss.

Support from the mighty:

Kazza - whose name should also be familiar - brings his expansive catalogue of lethal jungle and drums, with his own releases on Basics, Ill Groove and Hardcore energy. He also runs Rekonize, a Bristol-based party hosting drum and bass and jungle royalty. His style is a nod to late 90s V and headz, always looking forward though — his set is sure to drag the night into murkier territory.

Stamatios, is Oscillate’s resident DJ. Playing at various clubs around Bristol, it wasn’t long before he found his sound: uneasy tension — with patience and militance behind the decks to set the uncompromising tone of the night.
