TRIVAX:
In Iran, this music is illegal. Playing it can mean prison, or worse. TRIVAX played it anyway. Formed in Tehran in 2009 by frontman Shayan, the band staged rare underground shows under constant threat before he relocated to the UK, where he joined forces with drummer M. Croton and bassist Sully, exiled from Syria for the same reasons. Their story was later featured in the BBC documentary In the Studio. Now based in the United Kingdom, TRIVAX play Iranian death metal - ferocious death and black metal with dark Middle Eastern atmosphere.
Sword of Dis:
Swords Of Dis bring UK occult black metal steeped in abyssal fire, lunar transfiguration and primordial feminine power. Amid the serpent-mantled scales, ominous scent of incense and the crimson waters of a profane blood font, their live performances blur the boundary between black metal and ritual. At the centre, the voice becomes the living vessel of something ancient, sovereign and unbound. Prepare to bear witness as the stage becomes a threshold through which an older and more powerful presence is given voice, flesh and form.
Wyrdstæf:
Wyrdstæf are a UK extreme metal project rooted in the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic, when humans moved as nomadic hunter-gatherers. Black metal, tribal rhythm, throat singing, female vocals and ritual chant sit against field recordings and dark ambience, less a set than a threshold into a prehistoric world. Signed to Apocalyptic Witchcraft, their debut album Primordial Bloodlines was released in 2026.
Ash Magick:
Buried beneath Anatolian soil, Ash Magick summons ancient curses and forbidden esoterica through raw black metal and industrial ritualism. Solo female Black Metal from Turkey, signed with Apocalyptic Witchcraft.
