Repercussion was borne out of a shared love of dance music and performance and a frustration with being made to feel uncomfortable on the dance floor. We wanted to create an event that celebrated artists working in the margins of both dance music and performance, in an anti-discriminatory, inclusive, sex-positive and gender liberating environment.
