Serial Chiller

Serial Chiller are a slacker punk band driven by bass and fuzzy guitar. Crafting anxious thoughts on mundane jobs and the ever modernisation of social interaction into lofi-pop melodies that are paradoxically laid back and highly strung. Structured around a solid frame of tight bass and pounding drums, the fuzz drenched guitar is free to drip in and out as it pleases, stabbing or sprawling, often building to a crescendo in the choruses. This is a dynamic that emulates the highs and lows of life. The hungover morning followed by the panic attack.
Following a string of singles, played nationally and in Europe, playlisted on Amazing Radio and with spins on BBC 6 Music, Serial Chiller have released their debut album Don't Buy It. A body of work that addresses the disillusionment of menial jobs alongside the impact of a content-driven culture. Pressed by the band themselves onto vinyl and CD, Serial Chiller continue to push the DIY ethos as they tour their release throughout the country.
