Code Red are a hard-hitting rock band based in Fremantle, Western Australia, blending the raw power of hard rock with influences from grunge, funk, classic rock and progressive rock. Formed by a multinational lineup from England, Poland, the USA and Chile, the band brings a diverse edge to their sound—fusing gritty riffs, groove-driven rhythms and expansive musical ideas.
Their debut album earned widespread attention, landing in the Top 10 Releases of 2022 as voted by music magazine The Rockpit. With a sound that’s both explosive and dynamic, Code Red continue to build momentum as one of Western Australia’s most exciting hard rock acts.
BLACK HOLE DECIBEL
Inspired by the entire spectrum of rock, Black Hole Decibel are currently promoting their debut album Velour Life.
BHD's aim was to create something familiar but fresh and they are determined to keep a human feel to their music.
"Honestly we just want to make modern music that feels real and we enjoy playing."
Dave and Thaddeus formed BHD as we emerged from the depths of lockdown. These guys are first and foremost fans of all genres of music. Their collaboration was born out of a drive to create, record and perform music that they can be proud to share. The band's mantra is "play music that you would love to hear", and Velour Life is the channeling of that passion through 12 tracks of experimental, sub-genre crossing songs; proudly displaying their eclectic influences to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
And completing the lineup are Dan and Konrad. Two more likeminded and experienced musicians that were keen to jump on board after hearing Velour Life. They have both already started contributing towards the next album as well as pushing the current set to its utmost potential.
Based in Bristol, England, Dave and Dan have always called this place home whereas Thaddeus is originally from Michigan, USA and Konrad is from near Katowice in Silesia, Poland. Raised thousands of miles apart these four have a brotherhood when it comes to rock music.
