On the 21st January Mirror Studies will be launching their new record label. The night at the Exchange will be showcasing up and coming talent based in Bristol and Leeds. Music will consists of all things from prog house to trance to electro.
Artists:
Monoke - After a busy year playing across venues in Bristol and supporting the likes of Avalon Emerson and Job Jobse, Monoke will be bringing her percussive, deep and ethereal infused selections for us on the 21st. The idea of dance music relating back to participative ritual art is at the core of curating her sets. Her show on 1020 radio 'Sleep On It' explores this with psychedelic, left-field and progressive techno.
Fazack - The Cardif born producer and DJ has been leaving his mark round Bristol for a few years now. Supporting names like More Elien, Aloka, James Andrew, The Goest and many more the co-owner and resident of Lost Signal looks to get the dance floor going with his balance of new school prog numbers and old school trance.
Just Blakey (Fka Jinzi) - A Sheffield born, Leeds based electro, breaks and bass producer. Formally known as Jinzi, slowly making his way into the electro scene with his Sheffield bleep inspired dark and gritty sound. This lad won't disappoint on his Bristol debut.
