Its that time of year again when Rhyme and Reason brings you another High Focus oriented installment.
DIRTY DIKE rose to prominence following his debut release'Bogies and Alcohol' in 2008. Since then he has made successful projects as part of Contact Play, before signing for High Focus and bringing out numerous releases culminating in the aptly titled'Return of the Twat. '
As usual Dikestar is joined by DJ SAMMY B-SIDE the master of the ones and twos.
Joining Dike and Sammy are label-mates LEAFDOG + BVA. Fresh of the success of album'Be Very Aware' and rhyming with Ghostface at Boombap Festival, BVA returns to Bristol with his Brothers of the Stone and 3 Amigos team mate LeafDog. The duo will be joined by R+R resident DJ Fingerfood.
SPLIT PROPHETS are a Bristol based hip-hop collective who have quickly risen to the top of the UK Hip hop scene. Their crew of 9 MC's and Producers have recently released a number of solo projects since the release of debut ep Scribbled Thought's. Upfront MC's release of'Upfront and Personal' being the latest, which came out just last week.
