Her songs have been remixed by Flying Lotus, Mount Kimbie, and Tokimonsta, while her latest album ‘Life In Colour’ saw comparisons to Laura Mvula and Jessie Ware. Her familiar, finger-clicking tracks produce a sound that’s “raw and rugged but glimmering in real-life soul,” (The Skinny), while self-taught, experimental style has seen her truly come into her own as a soul-pop vocalist, soaring with “a great big injection of energy that is designed to go and find a new audience,” (CLASH).
