Named for the English brand of the original panacea Theriac, Venice Treacle the band will make you well. We bring an antidote to the modern cacophony, a musical alexipharmic against the venom of mundanity. Quankery not quackery. It's good for body and for mind.
In a far off land, four ingredients are mixed and matured. Cathartic Nick has the Viper's Flesh, rancourous and malignant. To counter, Mondel Plasmid sprinkles in the sweet somniference of the Poppy. Add Earth, Ritalian, whence deep rumblings emerge and then Krys, the Roots and the drums. The trading routes are long, uncomfortable and fraught with minacity but finally your aural elexir is here!

Folketronic
The Folketronics are four friends, who love to express and experiment creatively. With a crazed act and lust for life, we bind middle eastern finger-style and rock music; whilst maintaining the psychedelic artefact of the 60s. The Folketronic band is made up of 4 wooden soldiers, Fin Richard’s, Jules Michalski, Izaak Hare and Angus Fussell. Each member contributing a unique talent to the winding, battle of sound. You could compare our music to the likes of Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Nick Drake and PJ Harvey.
