BP Promotions presents: James Barton, Charlie Hewlett & Sorcha.
Come down to Exchange Basement on 5th March for a great night of music featuring 3 brilliant acts! Not only for this but this event is for a fantastic cause in aid of raising money for Dementia UK.
Dementia is a highly common condition which affects many people across the UK including the families and extended friends of those suffering with it. I've seen first hand in my own family how hard it can be to see a loved one suffer with dementia and how those connected had have to change their lives and schedules to care for those with it, so I feel that it is the least I can do to put on an event of great music to raise as much money as possible for such a great charity such as Dementia UK who continue to research and form a greater understanding of dementia and provide aid for those surrounded by a suffering loved one.
It would be appreciated greatly if you could come down to the event to support this cause, and if you can't attend to buy a ticket either way and donate as much as you can even if it is as little as just £1 extra!
The Artists:
Founded in the heart of Bristol in late 2022, James Barton is comprised of producer, Nat Taylor and lyricist, Isaac Johnson. The duo seeks to explore the pressures of relationships, long term aspirations and the mundane repetitiveness of life through their unique genre blending sound. Nat’s productions strive for an emotional reaction as he delicately crafts provocative soundtracks inspired by electronica acts such as Ross from friends, Overmono & Tom VR. Whilst, Isaac’s narratives branch from his own personal experiences addressing issues surrounding anxiety, love and his future. Having met at the start of their University journey, the pair are rapidly refining their distinctive niche. Coalescing vibrant, melodic textures with vulnerable, relatable lyricism; James Barton endeavours to create an emotive escape from the everyday.
