There was once a king who hated to get his feet dirty. He ordered his servant to rid the land of dirt. After much scrubbing, much flooding and much sewing the king is happy….but then an old man points out a problem.

Sally Pomme Clayton tells shoe stories for small people, in fairytale and myth from around the world, from magic moccasins to glass slippers, to shoe-making elves. Every shoe tells a story!
