An afternoon of tantric arts, somatic practises, dance to connect intimately with your body and to completely relax with the journey of sound.

This is an event for women or gender queer womb bearers only.
Join Zoë and Ginger on Sunday June the 5th or an afternoon rich with guided tantric experience fused with dance.
The layout:
2:00 - 2:15 Opening circle
2:15 - 4:00 - Embodiment and tantra with Ginger *
~ Half hour break with natural sweet treats and herbal teas ~
4:30 - 5:45 - Ecstatic Dance *
5:45 - 6:10 - Sound Journey *
6:10 - 6:30 - Closing circle
The container:
We want to create a space where women and womb owners are able to be free as themselves. A place where we can hold each other, feel safe to ask for our needs and to have them met and dance wildly without our bodies feeling sexually objectified.
As much or as little clothes as you’d like, we promote body positivity and celebration of each other!

The facilitators: *
Ginger: She/They - I’m a love, intimacy and relationship coach. VITA trained and trauma informed practitioner who also offers tantric massage. It brings me full joy to help others feel empowered to thrive and be sexually free.
For the first half of this afternoon I’ll be guiding you all through a welcoming self embodiment somatic practices, fun icebreakers and connecting with the opening circle. We will work with each other on boundaries and consent exercises before moving on to eye gazing, touch, communication and playfulness exercises between.
We will not jump into anything too quickly; but to go layer by layer so your mind and body can take time to recognise safety instead of feeling like you “have” to get somewhere or do anything. Boundaries and consent is the number 1 in all of this event so there will be strong practices here so you feel empowered to stand in your truth.
Zoë: She/Her - I am a bodyworker, sound therapist/facilitator, song carrier, sensual deviant and DJ by trade and passion, and it delights me to bring people into their unique aliveness through somatic practises that involve physical touch, and most especially sound and music. My work is rooted in the way of the Heart.
The musical part of this workshop will include a 1 hr 15 minute ecstatic dance wave-like journey to guide you deeper through the rhythms and ripples of the sensual nature of the human body. The sound journey will follow, consisting of tools such as crystal bowls, chimes, sansula and intuitive voice to soothe the soul and bring our time to completion before departing.
