Mr Teds’ Quiz at Four Aces Hovercraft Club

Get ready for a night of camp, chaos and glorious creative mayhem as the legendary Mr Teds’ Quiz rolls into a brand-new venue in Bristol.

Hosted by flamboyant performer and self-proclaimed QuizArtist Mr Teds Walker, this is no ordinary pub quiz. Expect high-energy trivia smashed together with cabaret, life drawing, arts and crafts, occasional lip-sync battles and theatrical nonsense — all delivered with razor-sharp wit, impossibly high heels and a healthy disregard for the rules (except his own!)

Teams of up to 6 players will battle it out for the coveted grand prize: a very average bottle of sparkling wine of dubious origin. Along the way, there’ll be plenty of free shots to lubricate the brain cells, outrageous challenges, questionable artistic decisions and more surprises than you can shake a glitter-covered clipboard at.

Flying solo or coming as a smaller group? No problem. Everyone is welcome, and we’ll happily get you teamed up on the night.

Tucked away in Bristol, Four Aces Hovercraft Club is the city’s newest best-kept secret — a speakeasy-style cocktail bar created by four friends with a love of adventure and an expected penchant for niche motorsport.

Part cocktail den, part clubhouse, part escape from the ordinary, Four Aces is a suitably eccentric home for an evening with Mr Teds. Expect proper cocktails, curious surroundings, good people and a venue that’s every bit as unconventional as the quiz itself.

So gather your team, bring your competitive spirit, leave your dignity at the door and prepare for an evening of trivia, drag, cocktails, crafts, chaos and questionable life choices.
