Transmission 004: Darker Days, Deeper Nights

The days are shorter, the nights are longer, which means your favourite place of worship is back!

As per usual expect techno, breaks, electro and electronic esoteric oddities to transport us into unchartered dance territory. No rigid genre rules and no interest in doing things the obvious way.

Future Temple’s custom-built Cosmic System will provide us with pristine sound.

The line-up? Secret.
We won’t be publishing DJ names in advance. Part of Transmission is turning up without knowing exactly what you’re going to hear and trusting the selectors we invite into the Temple.

We don’t like imposing planned fun, but the night should go something like this:

21:00–22:00: Doors open + Happy Hour
22:00–03:00: Techno, breaks, electro, oddities and dancefloor shenanigans
03:00–05:00: After hours. Cosiness, cushions, beanbags and a gentle wind down.

ENTRY: FREE

No tickets to book. Entry is first come, first served, so if you definitely want to make it, arriving early is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Future Temple Transmission is our ongoing series of independently programmed gatherings exploring sound, light, community and underground electronic music beneath the arches.

Who is Future Temple for?
Anyone who comes with an open mind and respect for the people around them. We want our dancefloor to feel welcoming whether you’ve been going out for decades, have only just discovered underground electronic music, are coming with a crowd or just want to hang out on your own.

We have a small neurodiverse-friendly seating area for anyone who wants to decompress or take a break. There’s no dress code, no need to know the right people and no requirement to look or act a certain way. Come as you are. Be kind. Give people space. Look after each other.

Accessibility: Future Temple is partially accessible. There is step-free access to the bar area and an accessible toilet, but the main dance floor is on a lower level and we do not currently have a wheelchair ramp in place. The music can still be fully enjoyed from the bar area, where seating is also available for anyone who would prefer to sit, take a break or use an armchair rave.
