A comedy writing workshop for people who have done a bit of stand-up and want to take their set to the next level. Also suitable for beginners interested in developing their first routine.
This workshop is run by Alex Farrow. Alex’s writing has appeared on Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You as well as in the Times as part of the best jokes of the Edinburgh Fringe. He has directed multiple award winning debut stand-up hours. He is also the host of Stand-up Philosophy London and the award-winning Jericho Comedy in Oxford, as recommended by the Telegraph, the i Paper, Chortle and Sunday Times.
He has been running writing gyms at the Angel Comedy club since 2020 where they always sell out.
