A
event
held at The Gaffe Comedy Club
on Sunday 8th March. The event starts at 11:00.
A fun, low-pressure workshop for women interested in stand-up comedy or simply improving their confidence and public speaking skills. Led by local legend, Amy Mason.
We'll discuss stage presence, persona, and do some writing exercises as well as practice speaking in front of the group on a mic. We'll also touch on the local stand-up scene, online comedy, and even writing for TV.
This workshop is open to everyone who identifies as a woman. Places are limited to 20, so book now to avoid disappointment.
Ticket price includes discount to the International Women's Day gig held at The Gaffe that evening - you will need to book the workshop to then receive the discounted ticket link.
Please email [email protected] if you have any additional access needs.
