The Cause:

Age UK Bristol is a local independent charity (federated to Age UK) working with and for older people in Bristol. We provide a wide range of services - from information and advice to hospital-to-home support, employment assistance and opportunities to
get active and socialise.

FAB (Friends Ageing Better) is a vibrant part of Age UK Bristol, focused on fun, friendship and community.

Funds raised from this event will go directly towards FAB events, ensuring people over 50 in Bristol have opportunities to connect, laugh and have a good time.

The Comedians:

Jack Campbell

Jack Campbell is an award-winning comedian whose clever storytelling and observational wit have made him a standout on the UK comedy circuit. Described as “refreshingly inventive” and known for getting “big hearty laughs,” Jack combines smart writing with a
warm stage presence.

English Comedian of the Year – Winner

Louise Leigh

Award-nominated comedian Louise Leigh wanted to try stand-up at sixteen but only got round to it in her forties. Now, she brings daftness, deftness and brilliant physical comedy to top clubs all over the country.

“Like the kind of Radio 2 DJ who’d be caught in the gossip columns… Brilliant.” - The Wee Review

Mark Hurman

Mark Hurman is a Southwest based comedian with a sharp wit and a knack for observational wordplay. On stage he brings relatable life stories, dry delivery and a touch of cheeky cynicism that keeps audiences laughing

"Perfectly paced material with lovely timing.” - Rebel Rebel Comedy.

Jo Frank

With her unique brand of weird and wonderful, Jo Frank observes the world through her own kooky lens - and shares it to the delight of her audience. She’s like Stevie Nicks’ quirky British cousin.

Ian Murphy

A rising star with a brilliantly sharp tongue, Ian Murphy brings a refreshingly original voice to the comedy circuit. At 54, this former footballer-turned-comic draws on a life full of twists - from losing £1 million live on TV to escaping his native Liverpool
- for a set packed with 80s cynicism, modern-day bafflement, and reflections on his “recovering Scouse-ness.”

Comedy, community, and a cracking cause – don’t miss out!
