Radu Isac
Ever laugh at a joke that’s a bit wrong but oh-so-right? That’s Radu's show in a nutshell.
Radu started comedy in Romania, earning the title of the "comedians' comedian." After moving to London, he became a finalist in the English Comedian of the Year and has been crafting his darkly funny, sugar-coated cynicism ever since. Think venomous wit with a glittery twist.
He’s appeared on BBC, Channel 4, and Comedy Central, and opened for comedy heavyweights like Louie CK and Jim Gaffigan.
"Intelligently subversive" – The Scotsman
"Still making me giggle" – Three Weeks
"The audience loved it and I think you will too" – CounterCultureUK
"Simultaneously sweet and dark" – Chortle
Marty Gleeson - BBC NCA Finalist
Marty Gleeson is an Irish comedian based in London. Winner of the LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year 2024, her offbeat, disarming and whimsical performance style has also secured her a spot in this year’s Pleasance Comedy Reserve at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Her viral sketches have been shared by joe.ie, she was selected to perform at the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Finals and the 2023 BBC New Comedian of the Year Awards, and was also voted Funny Women One to Watch. In 2022, she won the Pete Nash Award for Comic Originality and was a West End New Act of the Year finalist.
“Exudes the vibe of someone not quite of this world” – Chortle
“It’s rare to find a comic whose playful relationship with suspense has an audience laughing before they’ve even spoken, but this seems to be Marty Gleeson’s superpower. Gleeson demonstrates excellent control of tension and anticipation in complete juxtaposition to the traditional assumptions of comedy crowd work” – Broadway World
