A event held at The Gaffe Comedy Club on Wednesday 23rd September. The event starts at 19:30.

There's a cruelty to Mike Rice, a wickedness. In this show Mike talks about doing psychedelics with his brother, an entanglement with a Spanish Sausage Dog named Nino, and many other such rotten adventures.

"A phenomenal wordsmith, and world class raconteur" ★★★★½ Chortle

"Ireland has yet another legendary comedian" - Dan Nightingale

About Mike Rice:

Irish farmer’s son, and general Nasty Character Mike Rice is one of Ireland and the UK’s fastest rising comedy stars. Having started comedy in 2016 Mike has amassed a large online following from podcast and stand up clips, regularly getting millions of views on various platforms.

Mike began stand up comedy in Chicago, where within two years he was working regularly at the most prestigious clubs in the city, including The Laugh Factory. He has since returned home because his mother made him, and has been quickly rising in the Irish, and European scene, playing regularly in major clubs in Dublin and London, where he won the King Gong at the Comedy Store.

Mike brought his first solo show The Best Boy in Ireland to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018, in what was a sold-out run, and performed that same show to sold-out rooms at the Perth Fringe Festival in 2019.

As well as co-hosting Mike & Vittorio’s Guide to Parenting with Vittorio Angelone, and Big Mike and The Chief with Rob Moriarty, Mike has appeared multiple times on smash hit podcast Have a Word, and released his first comedy special in October 2023.
