The Arcadia Glastonbury Open Day will be the first time that people who are seeking to break into the industry are invited onto the Glastonbury Festival site to meet the team behind Arcadia and see how the shows are created!

Elevate Us and Arcadia are coming together to inspire the next generation of festival creatives and exhibit the opportunities that exist for people who might not find the industry especially accessible. The event will consist of a tour from the founders, hearing from some of the key roles in bringing the site to life and finishing with a Q&A.
